Our Contract With You

The steps required to form the contract between you and us are as follows:

You place the order for the product(s) you would like to purchase on our website by following the onscreen prompts. You will have the opportunity to check and correct any errors in your order up until the point at which you place your order by accepting these terms and conditions of sale and clicking the "Confirm and Pay" button on the order summary page. No changes may be made to your order after this point.

Once those steps are completed, we will take payment from your chosen payment method. If payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order confirmation number and to confirm that we are processing your order.A contract between us will be formed only when we dispatch your order.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a communication by either email, text message or telephone from either us or the relevant delivery provider to confirm when your products will be delivered to you.

If for any reason we cannot provide you with a product in your order, you will be contacted by telephone or email and a refund will be issued for the amount you paid for such product, including any relevant delivery charges paid if the order contained only that product.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returning or Exchanging An Unwanted Item

If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us.

You have 14 days after receiving the goods to decide if you want to return or exchange your unwanted item.

On receipted of your product(s) please check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product(s). This includes opening the packaging, however, if you are returning an unwanted item it must not be damaged or marked. If we believe that the returned product is not in its original condition and it is clear that the product has been used, installed or assembled, we reserve the right to recover costs from you.

You will be required to arrange a courier to send your parcel back to us. We recommend using a recorded mail service for sending any parcels.

Unwanted items returned to us our done so at your own expense however you will receive a refund of the full price including delivery costs if applicable. However, in the case of damaged goods, you are entitled to receive full refund including delivery costs and costs for returning items. Alternatively, you may wish to receive a repair, replacement or deduction in price.

Return Steps

Wrap the item in the original packaging clearly marking your return number on a separate sheet. As part of returns process you can download a return note. Do not mark your original packaging. Send the item back to our depot.

Once our depot receives your return we will begin processing

Your refund can take up to 5 working days from date of us receiving your order

Returning Faulty Or Damaged Item

We must be notified of any items that arrive damaged within 48hrs of receipt of goods.

You may be required to supply photographs of any damaged items

A Few Things to Note

Please make sure that only dispatched order can be returned

If you would like to return an item to us,we will arrange your credit card / paypal account to be credited. You can authorise your return below

Please make sure that the goods are returned to us in as new condition (including all packaging) and must be taken care of whilst in your possession.

We do ask that any goods that are in sealed packaging are clearly visible without the need to open the packaging.

When returning your item please make sure to include your order number and also the reason for the return

You are not entitled to a refund. E.G. Half Height Shower Doors Which are made to measure. Toilets and toilet seats due to hygiene.

Returning Faulty Or Damaged Item

You will receive a refund if theproduct(s) is found to be damaged or faulty.


We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order either to your home or to your place of work. Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 2 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of Bank Holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.

We aim to deliver within three working days but sometimes due to high order volume in certain sales periods please allow four days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Failed deliveries due to non fault of First Class will be charged at various rates depending on size of items. A minimum of £15.00+VAT up to a maximum of £45.00+VAT.

Royal Mail (Smaller Items)

All small orders are sent out via Royal Mail 1st class postal service, if your order is over £15.00 it will be sent outvia Royal Mail's recorded packet service, which will need a signature.

If you are not present a card will be left to advise you to pick up your goods from the local sorting office. Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you or you can collect the package from your local post office collection point.

Courier (Medium Items)

Our delivery providers are currently using a new contactless delivery process to help minimise any contact between parties. The means customers will no longer be asked to sign for their orders. Instead, the delivery driver will take a photo of the parcel being dropped off at the delivery point. This will now form proof of delivery until further notice.

Pallet Deliveries

Our kerbside delivery drivers will continue to leave your delivery pallets outside of your address. In addition to this, they will also remain at least 2 meters away from you or anyone in your property to ensure there is no unnecessary direct or close contact between drivers and customers.


We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. First Class Wet Rooms uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including ‘firewalls’ and secure socket layers.

During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you.

We will use the information you provide only for the following purposes:

To send you newsletters and details of offers and promotions in which we believe you will be interested.

To improve the content design and layout of the website.

To understand the interest and buying behaviour of our registered users.

To perform other such general marketing and promotions focused on our products and activities.

Where to find the price for the product

The price of the product(which includes VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order, except in cases of obvious error.

We will pass on changes in the rate of VAT. If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the product in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
