For deliveries under £100 there is a small order/carriage charge of £15. Most orders above £100 are delivered for free with the exception of certain products, such as Pressalit, Astor Bannerman and Gainsborough. Where an extra carriage charge is required it should 'in most cases' be clear when ordering the product, if you find this not to be the case. please contact us and we will happliy clarify the situation. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands we advise you to contact us prior to placing an order, as some bulky items are problematical but this varies from product to product, so please contact us prior to ordering for clarification of any potential additional carriage costs.
For standard items we accept returns from private retail customers any time up to fourteen days after receipt of the goods.A re-stocking fee may apply, and vary between 25% for standard stocked items and 40% for special bespoke products. We cannot accept for return any product that is manufactured to order and is of a bespoke size.
If you wish to return your order, (or part of it), you must first inform First Class Wet Rooms. You can do this by email, telephone or by post. It will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost. You must take care of the goods to ensure they are not damaged while in your possession or in transit back to us.
We recommend that if using Royal Mail or a courier to return the goods you opt for a signed-for service, and take out insurance, especially if returning high-value or fragile items.
Returns after fourteen days are considered on a case-by-case basis and a re-stocking fee may apply. If you have an item you would like to return after the returns period, please contact us to discuss your situation further.

Please note that bespoke, made-to-order, and made-to-customer-specification items are non-returnable, for example made-to-measure screens, items ordered from Italy, Denmark and other countries which are non-stocked UK products.
We regret that we cannot accept returns when:
The packaging or any part of the individual product or components have been unsealed or damaged.
The non-faulty product does not arrive at first class wetrooms or the manufacturers in a resalable condition. In this case we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will call you to arrange to send the product back to you and to take payment for the subsequent delivery costs.
If the packaging has been opened then the product is not in its originanal re-saleable condition.
