The Aqua-Dec system suits both timber and concrete floors

Timber floor with Tiled Surface

The Aqua-Dec being 22mm thick is ideal for most timber floor installations. To fit the Aqua-Dec the floor boards are removed. When the drainage and the pipe work have been installed the Aqua-Dec can then be permanently fixed to the joists. The remaining floor must finish level with the Aqua-Decs edges in preparation for the floor tiles.

Concrete Floor with Tiled Surface

On concrete floors the Aqua-Dec canbe let into the concrete screed and when pipe work has been completed it can then be bedded down to sit level with the existing floor which must finish level with the Aqua-Decs edges in preparation for the floor tiles.

Timber Floor with Vinyl Covering

The Aqua-Dec being 22mm thick is ideal for most timber floor situations. To fit the dec the floor boards are removed. When the drainage and the pipe work have been installed the dec can then be permanently fixed to the joists. The remaining floor must finish level with the Aqua-Decs edges in preparation for the slip resitant floor covering.

Concrete Floor with Vinyl Covering

On concrete floors the Aqua-Dec can be let into the concrete screed and when pipe work has been completed it can then be bedded down to sit level with the existing floor which must finish level with the Aqua-Decs edges in preparation or the slip resitant floor covering.

Underfloor Heating

A tiled floor can look totally stunning, but without underfloor heating it can be very cold and unpleasant to walk on.  An underfloor heating system can make a tiled floor as luxurious to walk on as it is to look at.
